Christmas Eve Service & Snow

Hello!

With snow predicted starting at noon today, the Christmas Eve Candlelight service at 6 pm is in question right now (8:55 am, Thurs). We’ll keep you informed by email and also check the web site for updates (www.garnettchurch.org).

If canceled, we’ll also submit to TV for posting. If we canceled, we’ll reschedule a time for those planning to bring their gifts to Jesus to share, perhaps a time during our New Year’s Eve party.

Here are some Scriptures to read today and tomorrow, based on the idea of Christ being the best gift we’ve ever received. Are you ready to receive Jesus? God loves a cheerful giver . . . but this starts with being a gracious receiver of God’s love, of Christ, and his Holy Spirit.
